When your Bond Touch is charging, it displays a blinking white light. Once your battery is fully charged, a constant white light will shine on your module. You can also check your charging status on your app by going to Menu > My Bond Touch or by looking at the battery indicator on your home screen.
Why is my Bond Touch not lighting up?
Bluetooth might not be enabled on your phone. Your Bond Touch might have run out of battery. Your Bond Touch’s firmware might not be up to date (read Updates) Your Bond Touch and phone may be too far away from each other: make sure they’re within 10 ft (3 m) from each other.
How far can Bond Touch bracelets reach distance?
Your bracelet and smartphone are connected through Bluetooth® LE technology and should stand a range of up to 10 ft (3m).
Does Bond Touch need to be fully charged?
Here is a quick video where you can see how to set up your Bond Touch! Your bracelet may not be fully charged when it reaches you, so charge your Bond Touch before you use it. You can plug the charger into a computer, a USB power adapter, or a power bank. While charging, the module lights will blink white.
Does Bond Touch drain your battery?
You have to have the app open on your phone at all times for this to work. And yes, it does drain your phone battery having it open all the time.
What does it mean when my Bond Touch is red?
If your Bond Touch lights up with a color that isn’t White, Red, the color you chose or the color you’re used to seeing your partner use, then your partner probably changed colors.
How do you send taps on Bond Touch?
Tap and hold your Bond Touch to send any rhythm or pattern you want, up to 10 different taps at a time. Your Bond Touch will light up in your color and vibrate as you touch it. Once you’re done, it will light up on your partner’s Bond Touch too.

Does Bond Touch only work when the app is open?
A. Yes, as long as the bracelets are correctly set up within the app with either Wi-Fi or mobile connection, you’ll be able to connect with each other. No matter what the distance between the two of you is.

The Bond Touch is waterproof so you can even wear it in the shower.
Can you connect 3 Bond Touch bracelets?
Right now, the bracelets only work in pairs. So you can only connect with one special person at a time.
What does Bond Touch feel like?
The vibrations feel (and sound) exactly like a phone vibrating against your wrist, and it’s not always that pleasant. When I read the description of these bracelets, it said something to the effect of you would feel your partner’s touch exactly as they touch it.
Do Bond Touch bracelets work without service?
Oh yes. For your Bond Touch modules to stay connected, a smartphone is absolutely necessary to run the Bond Touch app. It needs to have bluetooth connectivity and to be connected to the internet via WiFi or mobile data.
